The project involved developing an upmarket lifestyle estate with 27 homes that each offered three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The estate currently offers high-style comfort and carefree living as it is managed by GIC’s team. Security in the estate is of the highest priority, boasting unobtrusive systems such as fingerprint access control. There is also a staffed gatehouse and 24/7 security patrols. The property includes a modern office building.
