This project entails the construction of the Mapulaneng Hospital in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. GIC has employed local community members to assist with the development that will include earthworks, and civil and building works (including electrical and mechanical services). Buildings that will be the focus points are the Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Isolation and Sub-Acute Ward, Surgical / Orthopaedic Ward, Tuberculosis (TB) Ward, and the Mental Health Ward.
By March 2024, a total of 869 136 work hours were reached on site.
