Ivory Park 1175

GIC aided in developing Ivory Park’s 1175 unserviced stands. The scope of this development included roads and stormwater drainage, an internal water reticulation system, and a sewer network. Local community members were employed, and teams faced challenges such as an abnormally high water table and extremely deep sewer trenches.
