We assist in selecting the most appropriate mining technology, perform pit and haulage optimisation, conduct value-chain mapping, perform techno-economics, (pre)-feasibility studies, generate operational flowsheets, execute pit and dump design, do mine scheduling, and develop NEMA, NWA and MPRDA compliance systems.

We support clients in their selection of main and auxiliary mining equipment, draw up operational descriptions and estimations of infrastructure, support facilities and workforce, and prepare technical specifications and tender documents.

We control and evaluate new and existing flowsheets, perform plant audits, create testing plans, control and optimise existing testing plans, run test work on site and in the laboratory, support test work with machinery and plant suppliers, and select the most suitable machinery and equipment.
